Another fantastic event!

Thanks to everyone who supported

Friday 28 September 2007
at The Warren

Organising Committee: Nick Gasson, Anne Cilia, Paul Patten, Kate Pratten, Mike Marineau

On 10th March 2006 we held the first Will Bolton Memorial Fundraising Dinner at the Warren in Hayes. The event was an outstanding success and we raised over £10,000 for the Fund.

In 2006 our young athletes in all the pre-Senior age groups were extremely successful. Our Junior Men and Women were National Champions and our Junior women’s team went to Moscow to represent the UK; they will be competing in the Czech Republic this year. It is from some of these young people that our Olympic success will come in 2012.

But success comes with a price tag!

THE WILL BOLTON MEMORIAL FUND DINNER

Final figures still to come...

All funds raised will be used to support the Club's junior and young athletes in the run-up to the 2012 Olympics.

Raffle & Tombola raised over £2,000.00

There are numerous costs associated with athletics; Medical and physiotherapy treatment, coaching, travel etc. The purpose of the Will Bolton Fund is to help to meet some of these costs.

On Friday 28th September 2007 Blackheath & Bromley are holding the second fundraising dinner & dance.

We hope that you will attend our event. On the night we will be holding a grand auction and raffle. For this we require your generous support. If you or your company could help in any way, this will help the fund considerably. You can help by the donation of a quality prize or auction item.

Maybe your Company would like to buy advertising space in our commemorative programme. Anyone who donates will, of course, be credited in the programme.

The night aims not only be a successful fundraiser, but also a thoroughly enjoyable evening with good food, good wine and great live entertainment – all within the beautiful setting of The Warren.

Any assistance you can give to support this great cause would be very much appreciated.

Yours sincerely
