Club 5 mile Cross-Country Championship Sunday 21 October 2018

All change, well the changing rooms were new to us as, with the demise pending of the old clubroom. we had use of the Met Police venue at The Warren. We used last years course again - up & down Boundary Wood. Only 27 made the start line in an almost Spring like setting.

 

As Chris Haines said "A disappointing turnout only 27 runners in our 150th Season, next year when we celebrate our 150 years I had hoped we could get 150 runners out. Where are they? Those that came had a perfect day, good weather and the course was fairly fast, the winner is the first under 30 minutes for several years."
