UK Athletics & British Athletics
UK Athletics is the National Governing Body for
athletics. UKA is the Member Federation of the IAAF responsible for
athletics in the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland (as
defined in UKA Rule book).
British Athletics are the consumer brand of the
governing body “UK Athletics”.
British Athletics is the sport; we represent the
people, the athletes, the fans, and the team. |

Athletics Weekly is the world’s only devoted weekly
track and field magazine designed to keep you informed about all
the best news, reports and results from Britain and around the
world.
The magazine, affectionately known as
‘AW’, has been an institution within the sport since the 1940s
and is still the No.1 choice for the true athletics fan. |

The
UKYDL replaces the UK Young Athletes League and
the National Junior League. The new structure comprises
of two pairs of Age Groups;
- Upper Age Group - U20 & U17 athletes
as defined in 2012 UKA Rule Book
- Lower Age Group - U15 & U13 athletes
as defined in 2012 UKA Rule Book
There will be 4 league matches per year
for both sets of age groups, with promotion and relegation per
division after the 4 rounds. |
