These were photos taken by Roy Watkins,  Chief Baggage Handler.  Roy would like to thank all of his special guests who joined his team and also Liza Thompson, Manager of the London Marathon.

 

I'm in charge... 7:30am and they start to arrive On the way
Ann Brake from Crawley, Carole Gordon from Harrow, Angela Holt from Putney, John Lovegrove, Basingstoke & my wife... As before plus Roy & Ferrom who was so keen he arrived on Saturday to check out the details - thanks Ferrom, you are really cool man. The convoy starts to arrive
Carolyn waits... Bill Reynolds, Start Manager & Baggage co-ordinator and his gopher team - they did an excellent job of distributing all the bags to our seven lorries. Thanks to Jean Murdock and her excellent team of 20 from Crystal Palace Fun Runners.  An extra big thank you to John Thompson Chairman of CPFR.
More CPFR's Thanks also to John Mackay and his excellent team of 12 from the Orpington Road Runners. Special thanks to Martyn Longstaff for all the phone work (hope the knee op goes well on first May...
Thanks to everyone who helped especially my wife Carolyn who supported me throughout the day.
